擠出原理

Technical features

◆脂質體擠出的原理在于，通過一定的擠出動力源將脂質體樣品粒子進行擠壓，使其在一定壓力條件下通過 PC濾膜， 此壓力作為粒子過膜過程中的剪切力可使其達到粒徑控制的效果。不論形態、大小和分布都可得到極大改善。 

The principle of liposome extrusion is that the particles of liposome sample are extruded by a certain extrusion power source to pass through the PC membrane under a certain pressure. The pressure acts as the shear force in the process of the particles passing through the membrane, which can achieve the effect of particle size control. The shape, size and distribubtion can be greatly improved.

◆支撐板和濾板主要起到支撐濾膜的作用。 由于磷脂有一定的相變溫度，所以在擠出之前需要對擠出器夾套通入恒溫水進行預熱至一定溫度（50~60℃），且在使用過程中需保持在此溫度。通常的脂質體品種擠出之后粒徑能達到 100nm以下，PDI 能控制在 0.1 以下。
