◆樣品經過水化形成脂質體后，一般會通過高壓均質或者超聲的方式對樣品進行初步均質處理，處理后樣品粒徑和分布都會有所提高，但往往還不能達到所需要的理想要求。此時，將均質后樣品由下圖中進料口進入，通過高壓氮氣將樣品從濾膜中擠出，擠出后的樣品粒徑和分布都會進一步提高。

Support plate

◆支撐板和濾板主要起到支撐濾膜的作用。 由于磷脂有一定的相變溫度，所以在擠出之前需要對擠出器夾套通入恒溫水進行預熱至一定溫度（如70℃），且在使用過程中需保持在此溫度。通常的脂質體品種擠出之后粒徑能達到 100nm以下，PDI 能控制在 0.1 以下。

The supporting plate and filter plate mainly play the role of supporting the filter membrane. Since the phospholipid has a certain phase transition temperature, it is necessary to preheat the extruder jacket with constant temperature water before extrusion to a certain temperature (such as 70 ℃), which should be maintained in the process of use. After extrusion, the particle size of liposomes can reach below 100nm and PDI can be controlled below 0.1.
