脂質體擠出的原理在于，通過一定的擠出動力源將脂質體樣品粒子進行擠壓，使其在一定壓力條件下通過PC濾膜， 此壓力作為粒子過膜過程中的剪切力可使其達到粒徑控制的效果。不論形態、大小和分布都可得到極大改善。
